Shorted me 30 minutes on a hour massage, tried to act like it was only 10 minutes short. Then tried to offer an extra 30 minutes next time I go, I was born at night but not last night. Wish I could give negative stars

Absolutely amazing experience! I stopped in at Five Star Massage and was blown away by how professional and relaxing everything was from start to finish. The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and soothing. My therapist really knew what she was doing — perfect pressure, great technique, and very attentive to the areas that needed the most work. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and re-energized. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true five-star massage experience!
Went in for a 30 min deep tissue massage and got a 20-min Swedish with 3 interruptions instead. No apology, just a request for a tip. Left more stressed than I came in. Unprofessional and disappointing.
